Hikaru Sushi is right next to my dojo. They are always so friendly and prompt. I had a poke bowl with salmon that I planned to eat half of. It was so good I ate the whole thing in one sitting.

I always get the Salmon Lover’s Dinner. It is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. It is simple (as it should be!) When you want the best salmon sushi... this is it!
